Sd Card Serial Number Reader Tool
A serial number is an identifying code assigned to the hardware during the creation of a file system for unique identification and licensing. Besides the SD card, other electronic data storage devices such as USB flash drive, memory cards, hard disk drive also have such a number. The serial number does not need to be strictly numerical.
A genuine SanDisk SD memory card always contains a serial number on the lower back of the card. The location of the serial number will vary depending on memory card type and manufacturer. 2 - Click on register (complete all details)
3 - The serial number of the unit is on the page 1 of the usermanual
4 - Return to home page and log in with username and password you created
5 - Go to download centre
6 - Click on c-reader v download center in blue writing
7 - Click on creader v upgrade package v3.2
8 - Click on save and save to desk top allow program to download
9 - On desktop will now have a icon of computer with creader-v
10 - Click on icon on desktop, click run, i agree license (you do not need to put serial number in), click next, fill in name and company, click next, then next again and next again then finish.
11- Click start, click programs, highlight creader-v
12- Click on red box with cr inside it and the word launch beside it
13 - The update tool will now appear on desk top
14 - Connect c-reader to computer with usb lead
15 - It may say found new hardware follow the instruction
16 - Click on start and it will start updating
17 - If having problems we have a default username and password to log onto the website which will allow you to download
18 - Username ********
19 - Uassword ********
20 - Then repeat from step 5
